If the shoe was on the other foot Republicans would be doing the same thing.

We really need to get away from this Rep vs. Dem paradigm. They're just different sides of the same coin, at the end of the day they're all scummy politicians.

Citizens need to stick together. We aren't on the politician's team. We don't benefit. We need to stop being on their side when they aren't on ours.

Agreed. Fuck both sides. If we actually spoke with each other like our forefathers did, we might be able to deal with these internal problems.

The left vs. right divide is killing our ability to do anything about these criminals. I just don't get it. Why can't people tell the major power structures of this country are at the very least compromised, if not fully controlled? It's very easy. I wanted to be a Marine all my young life. I kept looking for facts about the military, because I was gung-ho. I was sixteen when I realized a lot of what goes on are at the least half-truths, if not full out lies. I was sixteen.

Some people are living way into their fifties, like my parents, and they are totally convinced one side is on the side of morality.

Neither side is. At one time, both sides could claim it. First the traditional liberals (who are now called Republicans), then the anti-war liberals (who are now called Democrats). But these were really brief periods in their histories.
