This is a perfect emblem for a foundational philosophical problem with western politics today. The assumption is that these people should have secrecy. Uh... why? They are hired to represent us. Having these strategy sessions be secret does not protect any informants or anything like that. It is simply an assumption that those who have power (the pigs) have the right to hide what they think from those who their actions affect (everyone else). Politicians and corporate leadership (both are the same group of people) are bathed in power-addiction at all levels, and their decisions reflect the resulting evil.
