the corona has shut down movement between countries, people that wanted brexit and were against globalism likes that, so why would world leaders like kerry have pushed that, could be for a reset, once corona is done and they open up borders people will be happy because of it reopening up the economy at the same time after such a long hurtful artificial response to a minor cold, now at that time it would be a good time for the elites to push thru other reforms that people would normally hate. Such as reversing brexit.

It has not shut down the migration of 3rd world people to western countries. Those laws are intended for and used to restrict the movements of those who are being replaced.
