I agree about the tenth amendment. It has been completely abused for more than a century now.

It most certainly has, by a corrupt Supreme Court which has no respect for the rule of law.

The solution is the total replacement of the Court. Every Justice must be impeached — which can be done in the same manner as to the President — and removed from office.
