The only thing that actually has an argument for it is climate change and even that is a blackhole for money nobody knows what to do with.

I agree he doesn't actually care, but that's the only thing on that list where I think there will be measurable difference between Biden and Trump.

Say what you will about their motivations, the left has proven themselves willing to trump the economy out of the window in favor of nebulous climate change goals.
