Already do. What "relations" have become negative under Trump and what tangible effects has that had? None and nothing. Even relations with Mexico are better, and Mexico's been working with the US to stop illegal immigration.

-Enact a meaningful plan to combat climate change

Won't happen. Biden doesn't even have a meaningful plan to dress himself.

-Tax the rich

Already do. Quite a bit actually.

-Attempt to restore our weakened institutions & fire Trump cronies

You mean our corrupt institutions? They should be weakened. A corrupt buracrat in DC should not have more power than you.

-Last and most importantly, end Trump's authoritarian power grabs.

Like what? Protecting your right to free speech? Your right to own a gun? Lowering your taxes? Pulling troops out of the middle east? That's the exact opposite of authoritartian.

Biden, on the other hand, is a full blown authoritarian, and will erode all of those things.

Your two examples are 1) a prediction from 2019 that the US economy would recede due to Trump's economic policies, which didn't happen, and 2) an LA op-ed claiming that "China has now assumed the mantle of fighting climate change" while their emissions have skyrocketed?

I did. It contradicts a lot of what he's been saying on the campaign trail. But don't worry. Assuming Biden wins, he won't be in office long. He'll either die to resign and Harris will take office.

Not sure what you mean. If this is some jab at "Trump only paid $750 in taxes" you're literally pushing fake news. Trump paid millions in taxes, and for one year, due to businesses loses, was able to write off a lot of it, thanks mostly in part due to a law signed by Obama/Biden. If you voted for Biden because you hate a law they enacted, you just played yourself.

Stopping fraudulent votes where Democrats have banned observers, yes. What are you afraid of people seeing?

Trump's an authoritarian because he fired Comey? Are you serious? Democrats wanted Comey to be fired. A Colbert audience fucking cheered when it was announced, until Colbert reissued their programming and corrected them that, yes, he'd been blaming Comey for handing the election to Trump, but now that Trump fired him for not doing his job, that means that Comey's good again.

The President can fire whoever the fuck he wants. Obama fired staff regularly. Trump exercising the legal powers of his job does not make him an authoritarian.
