That is to bring in a scapegoat to attack the process of election, of media, or government, of basically everything the people in ignorance hold sacrosanct. Institutions that have always been corrupt and oppressive.

Intelligence agnecies knew that both the liberal progressives who voted for Obama started to see through his lies and the neocons behind him. The right did too. Trump comes in and calls fake news on the level that CNN and MSNBC are fake and Fox and Friends and Newsy are truth speakers. The goal was to bring back credibility on a partisan level.

Hence, his attack on the media is marketing to bring back partisan credibility.

Secondly, as Whitney Webb called it, the goal of Trump presently is to attack the 'election process,' (understand this through the eyes of Biden Voters) so much so that it will bring back credibility to the governement. The right thinks Trump is being stolen the election. The goal was to count mail ballots last, to prolong it as long as possible so Trump could attack the process and say he won. This is all reverse psychology to bring back people's trust in the institution of government.

Trump is part of this theater.

Nevertheless, we know who never lost the election, that is Israel.

Seems roughly correct to me. Especially given the way the vote played out. Rather than try to hide the vote manipulation (which I believe - perhaps erroneously - they would have been much more capable of had they tried), they highlighted it. "See! Here's votes being dumped into Michigan and Wisconsin! Look over here!" They want people to know they've done this. They don't want to win a low-friction election; it needs to be an election where there's some risk. The "risk of losing some critical element of our system!" is what attaches people to their tribe. I think you're right: the empire's fundamental game still isn't changing...
