I don't think this accomplished much other than a protest vote.

Does anyone blame Trump for taking votes from Clinton, because he received more "protest votes" than any other candidate?

Either they all count equally, or none of them count at all.

US elections are literally rigged. Actual votes do not matter.

Yep.

I haven't heard that any party has plans to resume voter exit polling.

This is probably the most concrete indication of election fraud planning.
