FACT: Both the CDC and Dr. Fauci have said a vaccine is possible before the end of 2020.

Those aren't the same things, a possible vaccine in existence isn't a vaccine available and effective for the majority of the American people. Fauci warned it may well be as ineffective as the flu shot is.

I just want to point out that a statement with the word, "possible", "possibly" or "maybe" is practically meaningless. It's always a possibility that X will happen sooner than expected.
