An LGBT Conservative is even worse. That's why they hate me to my very core. Anyone who breaks free of their identity politics is an existential threat, for that is the cornerstone upon which their ideology is built.

They believe that everyone within their group, however they define it, must be politically homogeneous and agree with the leadership on every issue to its fullest extent with absolutely no exception, regardless of how small.

This is ignoring the fact that the leadership are almost never minorities, Joe Biden being a prime example of this. He's not only part of the 'majority' in every way, but also has a history of working against the best-interests of minorities.

Biden supported segregation, was a close friend of Strom Thurmond (a segregationist), voted for DADT, and voted for DOMA. He also continuously makes racist statements like "You ain't black" (in response to a black man who was questioning voting for him) or "Poor kids are just as smart as white kids."

All of these offenses would disqualify a Republican from being the leadership of the minorities (just being a Republican is enough for them), but because he is a Democrat, Biden is given a free pass.
