As a publisher, yes, they have a right to censor anyone they please. As a platform that enjoys Section 230 protections, they are not allowed to do this. If they choose to control what is, and is not published, and to skew facts with erroneous 'fact checking' they are acting as an editor, and a publisher, and are responsible for the views being presented. This also included the liability for said views.
