Just as Tina Fey could pass for Sarah Palin, my landlady could easily pass for Nancy Pelosi with some acting and mannerism coaching. I've seen enough fantasy movies that this should come easily, yet nothing springs to mind. Something innocent looking that turns into a monster for a cheap audience scare might work in the moment but is so cliché that none really stand out.

So the only think that comes to mind is Night On Bald Mountain where the demon's shadow corrupts the town. She is evil incarnate. The Disney demon is actually less evil than she is simply because he doesn't do anything too bad other than throw a decent party and tosses down a couple handfuls of demons into the volcano - trivial in comparison to the US War Machine.
