Most working people are unable to protest the covid lock downs. If you are independently wealthy or retired, we do need you to help us out by standing up for us, and yourselves.

Politely decline wearing a mask when shopping.

Tell them you can't wear a mask, because your are concealed carry. Or you have a breathing condition.
Or tell them mask lives matter.

The reason is irrelevant.

Resist in any way you can.

I shop at Costco all the time, and never wear a mask.
I get some dirty looks, but I DGAF.

/u/angryturtle has a 20 day old account and this is your first comment.

Your motivation for creating an account and commenting on this issue is questionable, at best.

Here's a video from two OSHA regulatory consultants who blew the whistle on this crime.

Even More About Masks Than I Ever Wanted To Know

They detail how one of the Florida directors of OSHA (Erin Sanchez, CIH) wrote his masters thesis (Department of Environmental and Occupational Health) on this subject ("Filtration Efficiency Of Surgical Masks") and he stated in his plaper that:

"surgical masks are not designed to protect healthcare workers from airborne particulates."

Surgical masks do not protect against particulates. Like dust.

    The masks are literally useless.

masks are at worst harmless, and at best reduce the likelyhood of transmitting a virus nobody wants.

Surgical masks don't work, and they are much better than the useless cloth masks most people wear.

These useless masks accumulate bacteria and fungus, so there are zero tangible benefits, and numerous serious consequences when wearing them.

Osha knows the masks are useless, but they know they will lose their jobs, because this is a political issue.
OSHA has betrayed the American people.

Tying the two issues together harms the fight against lockdowns which are literally going to cause a great depression.

The lockdown and masks are the consequences of the Covid PsyOp, which is proven to be less deadly than the flu.

There's no compelling scientific evidence that it's a new illness.

    The tests are literally meaningless.

They have been politically manufactured, and would go away over night if the news would stop hyping them.

    Garbage in, garbage out.

facts are facts and logic and reason are logic and reason.

Decades of research is proving masks are worthless in preventing the spread of a cold or flu are being ignored.
This research was conducted before the criminal politicizing of masks.

Politicized research is known to be garbage. People will say whatever it takes to keep their jobs.

The video I provided earlier has expert whistleblowers testifying that masks are worthless in preventing illness, and can only cause serious harm.

But if you need more, then here's a source from the CDC that was published before the illegal mask mandates were rolled out.

CDC - Nonpharmaceutical Measures for Pandemic Influenza in Nonhealthcare Settings—Personal Protective and Environmental Measures (Volume 26, Number 5—May 2020)

We did not find evidence that surgical-type face masks are effective in reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza transmission, either when worn by infected persons (source control) or by persons in the general community to reduce their susceptibility (Figure 2).

As you stated earlier: "Facts are facts".

      Your turn.

The most recent data I have seen show Covid 19 is lethal in about .68 percent of cases

Do you have any sources for your claims?

I'm close to certain that your estimate is for fatalities of those who were hospitalized.

The fatality rate needs to include the millions and millions of people who were supposedly tested positive but did not go to the hospital.

      Ok bot

      [–]jamesK_3rd 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (11 children)

Lockdown and masks are the same issue.

Framing it in any other way is ignorant at best, nefarious otherwise.

The CDC just released data showing that 80-85% of some infected individuals wore a mask and yet still got sick. That's just for this pandemic, and ignores the long historical datas that clearly show masks are ineffective, but it's 2020 and orange man bad so fuck science.

As was written up by several scientific authors recently, masks "are largely talismans". Think of them as armbands that let you go where you wanna go, since it doesn't sound like you mind wearing them.

I wear a mask because I don't want people getting angry at me and threatening me with violence or worse, character assassination

      [–]Tom_Bombadil 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I wear a mask because I don't want people getting angry at me and threatening me with violence or worse, character assassination

I have a prepackaged solution for you

Tell them you can't wear a mask, because your are concealed carry.

Follow up with, "wouldn't you agree that it would be irresponsible to carry a concealed firearm and wear a mask?"

      Edit:

If character assassination is a concern, then consider purchasing a wig, and a matching mustache/beard.

      [–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

That's why I wear both masks, the physical and metaphorical one!

I honestly just don't give a fuck, and don't have the time or energy to fight with the social justice police. Especially in public.

Spreading truth is also a form of protest. You're not going to convince anyone of anything by not wearing your mask and having a shouting match with a Karen who's laying on the hood of your car as you try to leave because she's calling the police to report you.

      [–]RasputinsDong 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Exactly. And half the time my mask is not covering shit. I don't wear a "mask", I wear a bandana, and just let it slip down when I'm not close to anyone. If someone gives me a dirty look, or says something, I'll fix it. But its not worth the verbal exchanges and potential for violence to just forgo one completely. I did hold out as long as possible, and I take it off as soon as I start walking out, or at work as soon as I get outside. Although someone at work told me I had to wear it outside. I said yeah thats not happening. I work in a cleanroom so I literally have a mask on already 75% of my day, I'm not wearing one in the brief 4 minute walk from one door to another when I cross paths with nobody. I'm waiting for a write up and then I'm talking to a lawyer.

Most of us already contracted it and mistook it for being a bad strep throat, or a flu. Because it's basically just that.

Show me pictures of these "nearly completely wiped out nursing homes". Prove to me that they actually died of covid-19, and not some other virus. Prove to me that the tests are trustworthy, and the data, uncorrupted. Even then, I'll have doubts, due to my experience, and the experiences of many others.

Over half of the nursing homes in my state have had "outbreaks of covid" and guess what, NONE of them are empty, NONE of them led to multiple deaths, NONE of them led to infected workers. This is the experience of many people these days, that's why no one believes this shit. If it's so fucking dangerous then the homeless in our cities should be dead in the alleys, our nursing homes should be "nearly completely wiped out" like you say, and everyone should know someone close to them who's either gotten it or died from it.

That's a real pandemic. Not this, where the media and people like you claim a bunch of horseshit which barely fits the evidence at hand. Other conclusions match the evidence at hand even better, and they match my experience, and the experience of many others.

If what you are saying is true, then my 88 year old great grandma should be dead, along with my asthma-filled family, because I've never once worn a mask, and we have been in contact since the beginning. They should be sick, or dead.

So, you bring up Italy, one country? Not very convincing. I also don't believe any of that bullshit about extra side effects. Its much more likely that they are sick with something, or somethings, that causes all of their symptoms, not covid.

My family is lucky, sure. And so is the family of every person I know. And every person they know.

The only people I've heard of in real life dying to this have been some of the most out of shape, disgusting individuals. A bad case of pneumonia would've killed them if they were misdiagnosed and mistreated. And don't try to say that this doesn't occur, case in point, I've been misdiagnosed for something as simple as an ear infection. They told me I had cancer for two months, and I almost died. This is occuring on a global scale now. Faulty tests give faulty results, people get treated for a disease they don't even have, and they die. Surprise surprise.

Thank you for the good luck wishes, though. Very kind of you. Good luck as well, soon enough you'll realize we have more to worry about than seasonal viruses. When that happens, folks like you will need all the luck in the world, it'll be quite the rude awakening, I'm sure.

"Aaand don't forget folks, if you don't wear a mask and get a vaccine, your grandma will die, then it'll be all your fault!"

Edit: Sweden is doing it wrong. They should've told everybody that the world was crazy and that things are normal, because they are. Why would I trust these things when I can use my eyes and walk around my state to see if what the media says is true? If what they are saying is true, then I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN SICK, I would have spread it to my "at-risk" family months ago. It's not a matter of luck.

I think that just scares people, it isn't effective resistance. It's like how people believe, or used to anwyays, in the police, even though they weren't there for the people's benefit. It's like a magic talisman, it comforts people even if it doesn't help.

Although, and this is just my own personal anecdote, the only people I know who have been confirmed to have covid came from non-mask wearing family who didn't lock down. Now there's a concern it's going to spread within my wife's side since there was contact with the people who are currently infected. One of them is on a ventilator now.

            The masks are literally harmful.

Even More About Masks Than I Ever Wanted To Know

They are sources for infection. They reduce blood oxygen levels, increase blood acidity, which hinders your system, and numerous other harmful direct-effects of wearing a mask.

It's like a magic cursed talisman, it comforts people even if it doesn't help as it directly and indirectly harms them.

the only people I know who have been confirmed to have covid came from non-mask wearing family who didn't lock down.

Confirmed with an invalid test. The tests are meaningless.
If they're sick, then they should stay home until they're feeling better.
Take zinc, vitamin b complex, magnesium, and vitamin c.
The flu depletes zinc, which affects taste buds and smell.
Taking zinc will replenish this depletion, and they'll be fine.

Now there's a concern it's going to spread within my wife's side since there was contact with the people who are currently infected. One of them is on a ventilator now

            Infected with the flu?

Everyone should immediately boost their immune systems with vitamins. Take zinc, vitamin b complex, magnesium, and vitamin c.
Also, try to get plenty of sunlight.

            Note:

            • The only skin that gets sunlight in cold winter months is the face and hands.
            • They're telling us to cover up half of that vitamin B producing skin.
            • This will make people less healthy, and much more ill if they do get the flu.

The media and govt motivation for this is obvious.

They want us to get more sick.

Do your family a solid, and buy them the vitamins they need and deliver them to them yourself.

It's criminal that the media isn't recommend these vitamins.
