She would absolutely buy a new macbook for her online interview just to avoid any potential hackers who might piggyback off that signal from accessing her personal computer. Obviously her staff would set it up for her.

Why would she go to someone else's house to do a streaming interview? It makes perfect sense that she would do it from home, and that she would have staff there to not only set everything up but make her sound and look good.

I'm all for being skeptical, and it's certainly true that I don't know this is the case, but the image at face value seems far more likely than your alternative interpretation.
