Is that what people remember him for? He was riding the horse on the highway, blocking traffic for a protest. He said he would ride the horse until it died, and did that. He rode it on pavement without horseshoes causing the horse to bleed from its hooves. He rode it all day like that until it collapsed from exhaustion.
