If you click the statute they cite barring minors from possessing firearms, it actually does specify that the law does not apply to rifles and shotguns.

Wisconsin state law 948.60(2)(a) states: "Any person under 18 years of age who possesses or goes armed with a dangerous weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor."

    (3)(c):

This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593.

Still doesn't change the fact he is underage, and walking around with a loaded rifle. And he crossed state lines with a weapon.

According to the law, there's no problem with that.

And he crossed state lines with a weapon.

He didn't. That wasn't his rifle, it was his uncle's, which he borrowed for the purpose of protecting his uncle's car dealership. You do have to be 18 to actually own a rifle according to federal law, but that's not the case here.

How did the rifle get back to his house? It walked there?

Even your paid propagandists do not claim that the gun ever left the state of Wisconsin.

Two guns were seized at his house when he was arrested. If the gun never left Wisconsin then he or someone else is hiding it. Another charge. Get off your fucking high horse. He wanted something to happen. There's no other reason an underage kid crosses state lines, illegally walks around with a rifle and shoots people. But you keep listening to those nutjobs. Obviously its good for your mental health.
