It's hard to see but I think the man on the ground was also kicked before that. You see one of the other officers pulling his leg back like he'd just done a soccer kick.

Another video, which is slightly better in quality, shows something else that I think is a knee strike to the head. Not sure about that though. But witnesses have more details. What's seen on video is just a piece of a terrible beating.

The second video on this twitter page has the most details. You can see a clip where he's going crazy, and then they pepper spray him, and kick him when he's in turtle position. Oh, and yes, they didn't beat him up because he was not wearing a mask. That was false information that I got. Sorry, gents!
