I think that we should let the uh judicial system work its way I do think there is a minimum need to be charged the officers and as well as Breona Taylor and uh i might add by the way I think what happened in uh uh in uh Portland where a one-one of the Trump guys riding along in vans inciting response shooting rubber bullets or paint balls apparently there was someone shot by someone in the crowd with a bullet killed I think that person should meet the legal requirements of whatever that calls for we should be investigated and it should follow through on what needs to be done let the judicial system work let's make sure justice is done

Look. I'm not trying to be a dick here. I'm trying to figure out what the man (Biden) is trying to say, so I can tell if I agree or not. But his speech is slurred, his pauses are strange and his thoughts aren't exactly clear.

I think the Biden is trying to say that the police involved in the Blake shooting should be charged. I think he is suggesting the officers in the Taylor shooting should be charged and I think he is suggesting the terrorist behind the recent Portland shooting should be charged. But I'm guessing because the man can't form a coherent sentence. How is this supposed to play out if he's actually elected? Are we going to have a translator? Will Harris just take over immediately?

Again, I'm not trying to be a jerk. Time is a cruel bitch and it will steal dignity, capacity and strength from all of us who endure enough of it. But I just don't see how this can work out with Biden as President.
