There is no good reason why election fraud should not be a death penalty offense.

This is as baisc as it gets. If another nation overthrew our govenrment, we'd declare war and kill them. This guy and the people like him are overthrowing the duly elected government of the United States of America. This is worst possible crime you can commit.

It needs to be met with a special Fast Track Death Penalty law that prioritizes the trial, limits appeals, takes effect immediately and is performed publicly.

These people aren't scared enough of the current laws.

Right exactly. Because the courts are little more than another form of partisan politics. Ditto on SCOTUS. I love Roberts' stare deciscis decision which the stare part of it was a case SCOTUS had just decided where Roberts voted against the majority.. But, well, now that SCOTUS has spoken, he can cite it as stare decisis.

That made a mockery of all his jurisprudence and showed that his SCOTUS decisions are sausage made to order.
