    Is it just me or the website freezes your browsers too? I tried three different browsers and all of them froze and phone turned warm. I hope some rogue organisations are not injecting malicious scripts or something to sabotage the fundraiser.

    Most likely answer would be that a ton of people are visiting the site to donate and it's getting bogged down.

    Yes, that should result in the site being extremely slow, traffic overload or ddos. But when its slowing down the device the website is being accessed on, it should mean some rouge script is clogging up resources.
