That is an absolutely gigantic number for the demographic. According to https://www.news.com.au/finance/economy/world-economy/bury-them-alive-white-south-africans-fear-for-their-future-as-horrific-farm-attacks-escalate/news-story/3a63389a1b0066b6b0b77522c06d6476#:~:text=But%20any%20form%20of%20justice%20is%20incredibly%20rare%2C,30%2C000.%20Thousands%20more%20farms%20are%20up%20for%20sale. there are only 30,000 white farmers remaining in South Africa. 15 murders in the first 8 months of the year put the per capita murder rate at 75 Murders/(year x 100k), the metric that is usually used to assess relative risk factors for a population: normalized to a year and to 100k of population. That's higher than the rate for any country: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_intentional_homicide_rate#Table

By way of comparison, the number of blacks killed by LEOs in 2019 in the U.S. was 250, of whom 14 were unarmed (https://www.lawenforcementtoday.com/systematic-racism-in-policing-its-time-to-stop-the-lying/). Let's just take the total, 250. That's for a population of 47.8 million (https://blackdemographics.com/). This means 0.5 /(year x 100k) per capita number of blacks killed by LEOs. It's 0.03/(year x 100k) for "unarmed" blacks.
