No, not a good argument. I mean, logically I like it - but the retort will nearly always be "Well even if it filters out just SOME of the particles, they're worth wearing". If masks cut down on 0.5% of transmitting the virus, they'd still force you to wear them.

Though these type of deaths are around normal for the flu, no one seemed to care at all about wearing masks for the "better good" during flu season. Totally hypocritical of mask "enthusiasts" and the medical establishment that all of a sudden cares.

And yet, there's that one study out about how gaiters are "worse than nothing" as if the only thing anybody should be wearing HAS to be 100% effective, which was NEVER in the shitty narrative to begin with.
