The plan is use him to get elected, knowing that he will have to bow out or be removed soon after, then install the black female vice president that the Left will follow without question into the final destruction of the USA, and everyone else will be afraid to question for fear of being torn down for being "racist". He's a political shill at this point. No need for quality. They are running the same game they did last time, between Clinton and Trump, "No one will ever vote for Trump, so let's run a highly politically placed candidate that's pretty much hated everywhere but she cleans up good and will do what we want."

You are almost correct. Joe Biden is actually a hand-crafted popsicle-stick person, glued together and wrapped in leather, and manipulated by fishing line and piano wire in order to give him "almost" human movements. Just look at that photo. Does that look like a real human face to you? It's disgusting to me that liberals can call themselves "vegan," yet somehow allow this monstrosity of a sewn-together creature that is obviously made of dead skin from slain animals hold office.     And this person can be the president of the most powerful country in the World having huge amount of nuclear weapons. I don't blame him, but those on background who want to use this confused old man to have power without being elected. It is a very dangerous game and terrible betrayal of democracy. Old senile ot mentally incapable men in the highest positions of power are extremely dangerous. There are many examples in history of such men who caused catastrophes or even destruction of states they ruled.
