Yep well quite frankly they are not essential projects during a pandemic that has seen GDP wiped out. Seems sensible if a little regrettable.

Of all the things to perform austerity on, this is the one he picks? While Congress dumps billions on companies that don't need or deserve it? Why does it seem like research and goodwill projects end up being the ones that suffer first?
