You are several years behind the state of that debate. The existence of women who can be good firefighters does not invalidate my point. Men are, on average, more capable of performing such jobs. That does not mean that there no women who are, too, just at lower rates.

The context of why I am bringing this up is because we have gotten used to using disparity in outcome as evidence of discrimination. That is the faulty argument that BLM use, it's the faulty argument radfems use, and it's the faulty argument any of those Marxist grievance groups use.

Also, if you wanted to argue this way, that would rather put you on my side, not on the side of the radfems, because their argument (now) is that it's unfair for trans-women to compete in women's sports. Would you like to finish this thought why it is unfair, if there are just as many capable women for these jobs as men or does your brain not manage to handle this degree of consistency?

Also, I do not really care that much about your experience as a firefighter. That is another faulty argumentation that is thrown around all the time, this nonsense about personal experience, i.e. "lived experience". You having done this job makes it likely you know more about performing it but a cancer patient does not become an oncologist. You do not magically learn about statistics by being a firefighter nor does it seem to have raised your IQ.
