I wonder if that argument, "this measure would just be to protect you [implying you can take it or leave it, your choice]" is going to transform into "you have to prevent yourself from getting infected so you cannot infect others. Wear the face shields or be punished."

Lol. Just give up, america. Its too late for you. Your only solution now is to quickly get each other infected then suffer whatever loss of population you get before you all become immune to it.

My country was smart. We shut the borders down quickly and early, then everyone quarantined at home for a month. Now, three months later, we're living our lives like nothing changed. No masks, no handwash, no social distancing. Nothing. We don't have covid here, except a couple of cases in quarantine at the border.
