If you take proper dosage (200ml/week for 2 weeks), rather than the ridiculous amounts the WHO and similar organizations used (IIRC it some used about 250ml on the first DAY), it becomes exponentially safer.

Hell, you can look around for existing HCQ measures against malaria. The dosages there have been used for years. Why, exactly, are the same dosages "dangerous" now?

And, if it's so dangerous in general, why is it sold over the counter in most of the world? Why do citizens of countries like Iran and India get the freedom to choose which slightly risky medication they use, but Americans don't?

People have been using HCQ forever, but now it is evil and DANGEROUS. I wonder why.

Dude, you can't just use a single drug all the time for multiple conditions. Sometimes it works and sometimes it has different interactions with the specific disease. That's why doctors ask for your medical history for different medications. This isn't that hard to work out. It causes severe heart problems with COVID, but is fine to use for other treatments.
