Hang on... Biden says we shouldn't blame China because Americans supposedly can't distinguish between Chinese and Korean... and his solution is to not specify the difference between the two, and not assign responsibility only on the responsible parties?

Oddly enough, after living in China for 6 months many years ago, I was able to perfectly distinguish between Koreans, Japanese, Thais, Taiwanese, Hong Kongese and Mainland Chinese. It's about familiarity, not racism, and not whatever bullshit Biden is spewing today.
