Do they actually test the blood before they use it? If not this was irresponsible on your part if you had random sex with strangers recently.
I don’t necessarily agree with a blanket ban of gays when donating blood, but it does warrant additional testing.
EDIT: Also, I’m half Jewish, so my criticism of you isn’t coming from a place of antisemitism.

I know you resented even sending the link. But thank you. You’ve put my mind at ease about this.
I knew it would be easy to find because I did my research before donating. I wanted to know what it would mean if they accepted my blood, i.e. what tests had to come back negative.
I also thought maybe you were asking so I would post it for other people to see which would strengthen my other comments
