He inferred that should the NYT move forward with said dox, he will use his platform to return the favor to the NYT staff who are responsible. I don't think he's bluffing.

And then what?

[–]notdelusional 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I imagine he'd air a retaliatory soft dox piece against the NYT reporters and investigators responsible.

What does doxing NYT journalists do?

Threatening people's family is a thing of the radical left. The ugly truth is that he simply is not in a position to retaliate in the same manner. That is the benefit of having psychos at your beck and call, I suppose. America has become a country with a modern version of the caste system: there is not just left or right, but there are different layers in a hierarchy. Some among those hierarchies now have special rights and powers, such as not being held accountable to the full extent of the law, while others are hit harder. Look at it like magic resistance in an RPG. Some people in America now have certain innate "law resistance", like the equivalent of a cloak of magic, through their base class, kind of like rolling an elf to get better spell casting ability, or rolling an orc to gain extra HP or something. It is a bit like India's caste system now. There are the ones of perpetual victimhood and those who work with the grain of the current cultural narrative. Those who work against the grain get a penalty and harsher treatment by courts.

Example:

"CAVED IN Dad left paralysed with half a skull and ‘sunken’ brain after brutal attack by thug who gets just two months in jail"

https://www.the-sun.com/news/37410/dad-left-paralysed-with-half-a-skull-and-sunken-brain-after-brutal-attack-by-thug-who-gets-just-two-months-in-jail/

^ That was a misdemeanor. If your borderline ex accuses you of domestic violence or some more popular crime and you are white, prepare to go away for a long time. If you are a conservative and defend yourself, be prepared to go away for a long time. If you are on the right and in any way aggressive towards people of the protected castes, prepare to go away for a long time.

You live in a country in which you no longer have equal protection before the law. It's all still there on paper, sure, but only a few have the money to be able to hold people accountable to what it says on that paper, and most of it is only paid lip service to. These are times of decline and injustice. The long and short of it is that those people can physically harass and threaten him. They are likely to get away with it or with minimal punishment. If he doxes those lefty journalists, what is going to happen? Are right wing YouTubers going to drive by their apartments and shout obscenities at them? If they show even an inkling of aggression towards those journos, the entire establishment is going to go berserk. The police will arrest them in a matter of minutes, the media will paint them as terrorists, incels, racists, the worst human beings, and the judge will throw the book at them. That is what is going to happen.

Go ahead. Dox those idiots at the NYT. They probably even have the resources to move within days if they even feel slight discomfort from some mean comment on the street. Nobody on the anti-establishment side is going to do jack shit. None of you are doing to do fuck all. Nothing is going to happen. Nada. When has doxing left wingers ever done anything? Only in the deranged minds of the Gamer Gate faux victims like Brianna Wu or Zoe Quinn have lefty assholes ever been unsafe in this country, despite constant claims of victimhood. The worst they experience is Twitter PTSD. The worst that can happen to them is some of their overweight ham beasts dying of a heart attack because they sufficiently intimidated the driver of a car who tries to get away from the mob that they themselves formed around him. This is how those people won long ago. The culture war was already over when they owned the institutions. A Republican or anti-establishment president (if Trump even is one) for two terms is not going change jack about that, either. This is the decline, it is final, and there is no getting off this ride. The only way this ever turns around is when things get so bad that the country falls over. Before then, people are too comfortable. They will sit on their fat asses or do inconsequential BS on social media. What you should be doing is take your institutions back, get a law degree perhaps, work your ass off. But most of the anti-establishment people can only give smart talks, like Thomas Sowell -- they cannot be bothered to actually hold office ever (but at least he gave some smart talks in front of congress a few decades ago, I suppose). It's as if the people most capable of turning this ship around cannot be bothered to seek out positions of influence because politics and such is beneath them, so they sit in their dusty libraries and talk wisely about how Marxists are wrong, how genetic differences are real, how those silly people calling the shots just do not understand economics or statistics or science -- but change jack shit. It is as if those people prefer inhabiting ivory towers but do not want to get their hands dirty, so instead the inmates are running the asylum, in the media, in politics, in education, and now online. Those people running the show do not care all that much about being right or consistent, they care about running the show.

We are no longer in a position to fight back on an equal footing because we now have a country with a caste system. The left are the Brahman, you are the untouchables. Enjoy cleaning sewers.

Man, that is a black pill but I can't refute you.

What is the way forward then? Other than making ourselves anti-fragile on an individual level, of course. We have to either find a way to help people when they are doxxed, or have at our disposal a proportionate response when they maliciously try to destroy our lives.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Solution? Not so tough, actually. There is nothing the left is doing that anyone else couldn't do. That's the good part. But, sure, it's easier to do that without having a demanding job to be at, with rich parents or some trust fund.

Goo~ood, let the hate flow through you.

Seriously though, dude's not going to do anything, but unleash Fox's Semitic litigation squad on the NYTimes Semitic litigation squad. They'll meet for a casual business lunch at a Kosher Deli near their respective offices they all like and discuss how they'll milk the goyim over Sandwiches and iced tea.

[–][deleted] 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Agreed. Even the most delusional NYT journo knows that mobs of "white supreeeemacists" are bullshit. They know it's all a "nothing burger". The only thing they fear is being held accountable, maybe legally, as long as that is still possible, because even in that arena the left is increasingly immune. The reality is that they are perfectly safe, even if they shouted their addresses from the rooftops, and he might as well be Frankenstein's monster with the people in the village forming mobs with pitch forks and torches every time he says the wrong thing on TV.

Tuckers following is huge, and loyal. I say fuck it he should

[–]SaidOverRed 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Well if the NYT does it, then his audience needs to set up 24 hour, twelve-man watch for the next year. All he has to do is say a web address and viewers can go, be vetted and take a 'vacation' for a few days a year there. I'd like to see some punk spraypaint anarchist symbols on his patio when there are a dozen rifles in his face.

Would be real unfortunate if someone doxxed those NYT reporters and sent their information to the alt-right, anti-Jew, and white supremacists groups.

[–]BravoVictor 9 insightful - 2 fun9 insightful - 1 fun10 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

You wouldn't even need to send the "far-right" after them. If you doxxed them, the far-left anarcho-commies would come after them, because they see the NYT as too moderate and centrist.

Just look at the Atlanta riots. All those BLM protesters weren't smashing down the local Fox affiliate. They were outside CNN, smashing its windows because it's not left wing enough.

If they hit you, you must hit them back harder. This mindset must become ingrained nature to us.

I would rather have seen just a link to Tucker rather than all the tedious commentary.

[–]Tarrock[S] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (3 children)

I saved all the dox's. Just a reminder: Doxxing is against Saidit's content policy (else I would've posted it for kicks and giggles)

[–]Edge_Finder 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

If it's public far game, it would be like saying you doxx the president

[–]72ndGender 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Completely agree. Doxxing refers to non-public information. Like if someone posts their phone number on the FB account, it's fair game. Not doxxing.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

What do you mean? All evidence of a person ever existing must be removed. The Wikipedia article on double-reed flutes has been renamed and rewritten because it could reveal the name of a certain wind instrument blower.
