Actually there’s several great free classes and phenomenal books I could pass along if you like. My wife’s also of Polish decent and one of her great aunts, a gay woman, was used as a test subject in the regimes later years which involved impregnation through rape. Sadly she didn’t survive the inhuman treatment.

So yeah I think we’d actually both have a lot to share.

No I think I prefer to get the information directly from you. Because you know, growing up Hasidic meant that I only could learn about the Holocaust in synagogue, the Jewish Library, during shabbos every week and from all those old survivors that just kept on living. Maybe I should have also paid more attention when I visited Sachsenhausen to see where the woman I'm named after was killed. But fortunately, I'm so lucky to have another chance to learn from your great historical mind. So pretty please, don't deprive me and everyone else of your vast knowledge about this subject.

I'm sorry, I'm not actually old enough to have lived through the holocaust, although as a gay women I absolutely would have been subjected to rape and medical experimentation whether I was of the Jewish faith or not at the time. I feel like people often forget that part of the war, where gay people were left to rot in camps long after the end of WW2 and Jewish liberation because being gay was still seen as a subhuman crime.

Regardless, many of the people who did live through the nightmare have left pretty detailed written records behind (called books) so we fortunately don't need to rely of half remembered (and sometimes heavily edited revisionist) tales told to people who were never anywhere near the horror (but feel it's some sort of mark of character that they were related to someone who was).

The fantastic thing about books too is is that they give us many varied narratives and not just the limited experiences of one person being treated as the norm and the horrific stories of others being denied just because they are different from what people like to believe the only story was.

Pretty good system we have with written narratives (called books) don't you think.

I can personally recommend this women's autobiography:

And this book about what happened to women after the fall of Berlin:

Are you honestly arguing that those of us alive today today cannot talk about events we're haven't directly lived through...

Cos if you are then pretty much every person whittling on about what Jesus would say about abortions needs to shut up because they never met the man.

Meanwhile since you too didn't live through ww2 you also need to shut up about what relatives told you.

Didn't think that argument through too well did you?

Meanwhile this woman actually performed those abortions I was talking about, heres her autobiography, or should the Jewish doctor living in the concentration camp also shut up because her life story doesn't support your bigoted narrative?

All prolife people are trolls, they literally have no good arguments to defend their misogyny and hypocrisy. You won't see a single good one here. Every comment is a reply to my own and every reply to my own us either simple name-calling or strawman arguments.

And you, here to pretend that people's inability to engage in a productive intelligent way is my fault. But that's classic too, that's like rule number one of misogyny... everything ultimately a woman's fault... instead of you know the people who can't turn out quality content to save their lives.

But I've said no such thing. In fact, I've said quite the opposite and I really want to read all of what you have to share. Please continue, you have a wealth load of information that I very much value.

Alright get back to me once you've read her autobiography and we'll discuss it.

Oh no... I would rather have you teach me everything that I need to know. Knowledge like yours must be shared.

Sure but that involves reading source materials and if you aren't willing too further education might not be for you

Oh but I have a problem and that is english is my 2nd language. I speak Yiddish and big english books are very hard for me. Fortunately, you're so wise and well read that I can just get the information directly from you.
