Freedom of speech and freedom of thought are dead in America.

"Oh, but freedom of speech and thought only protects you from the government!"

Such a weak argument spouted by utter fools. No. Big Tech has the power to influence the government by influencing elections. Hence, freedom of speech and freedom is thought should also protect you from Big Tech.

"A private corporation can do whatever it wants" is literally the same argument school bullies use to take children's lunch money: I'm bigger than you so I make the rules.

Except for bakeries who don't want to put gays on a cake.

Pretty much. Money talks. I'll scratch your back you scratch mine. Game theory 101.

The Unted States legal def. is a FEDERAL CORPORATION, hence money flow always.

It never was about the people's welfare.

It is ludicrous to watch the left jump through hoops to defend corporate censorship by defining it out of existence.

Right does it too. Look at the anti-semitism bill. It was a bi-partisan effort though.

Neither party is particularly good on freedom of expression or privacy. All I’d trust is that one will oppose the other for partisan reasons, but both parties will unite when it comes to growing the government.

It was about increasing the wealth of shareholders above all else. Damn you, Milton Friedman.

Yup, they even have V-boxes with internet access in voting machines. They can easily select who they want. Plus, the electoral college is unconstitutional, but the co servatards saw those scary leftists talk about how they wanted to abolish it, now they call for their enslavement.

eli5 the electoral college?

I should not say unconstitutional but rather undemocratic and presently unconstitutional in how they now appoint electoral members. The peoples' vote does not matter at all. Nearly, all the founders were speculators of some sort or bankers. They merely cared about protecting the assets they didn't labour to produce. In this way, the US president is an executive officer for a corporation appointed by members of the federal corporation; located in the District of Columbia. We ain't a country. They never cared about the people and never will. Especially not the radical republicans.

You mean my vote doesn't count after I've registered and submitted my God-given Rights to the corporation in return for some measly non-existent benefits and privileges? You mean those Electoral College votes are the only ones that count and rigged by the corporation and their board members? I smelleth something foul here. :)

Hamilton wrote:

The process of election affords a moral certainty, that the office of President will never fall to the lot of any man who is not in an eminent degree endowed with the requisite qualifications.

This is the man who introduced permanent public debt! Trump claims he is a Hamilton admirer, so it shows.

Jefferson:

I admit that the present system of Presidential elections is perilous. I admit that if continued it may be fatal to the Republic. But Americans are aware of the evil and of the peril, and therefore I am confident that they will grapple with the difficulty, and that ere long the election of the First Magistrate of the Republic will not be left to greedy office seekers or be the source of national political corruption."

Thomas "I whine about many things (National Bank/Electoral Process), but I vote for them anyway because Hey, Fuck you" Jefferson

CaptainSlappy writes:

remember... they were intentionally attempting to overheat the continent on population, law, treaties, you name it, so they could grab the territories as fast as possible, set up shop, update the process, then run out to re-clone.

It worked...they broke every and all common sense or logical idea possible...and less than 50 years later (depending on who you read), they had already lost control of their own machine.

Less than 30 years after that, the Civil War. Then all the others.

It wasn't until maybe the turn of the century, right prior to it, that they gained at least perceptual control again...about 1880-ish.

The rest is history, as they say...and we know how it turned out.

The electoral college is unconstitutional? I didn't know that.

[–]Bud223 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

The electoral college is literally In the Constitution. Article II, section One. Fun Fact.

[–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Not in how it is used today. But that said, the constitution was merely created by bankers, corporate lawyers and land speculators to protect their assets.

Fuck the constitution. God's Law is the only law. God's law is sovereignty. Something these people took away.

And welcome to the corporation that always was and will always exist. They don't care two craps about a puece of paper and the paper itself, except for parts of the bill of rights was created by a bunch of rich usurious financiers.

Hamilton set it into motion. His imoral vision is the government we have today.

Yes it is. There are hundreds of books written about it. So is not having a corporate entity issue our debt backed notes at interest. But congress is inept. They don't care anymore.

This is ridiculous. So whenever someone posts a picture with photos from a company whose CEO supports someone who they don’t like in it, it gets censored? What the hell.

These headlines are so stupid.

Gatewaypundit is Zionist owned

Giving money to Gateway pundit is goving your money to Israel and the Zionist doctrine.

These headlines are more sensationalist than those on the left.

Zionists and SJWs are both terrible.

Cancel culture is real. And it's coming for everyone. Just staying quiet about it won't save anybody. It won't stop. Anyway, who wants some more beans?
