It is my understanding the the Bubonic plague never went away but is completely controllable by modern medicine. Have I been misled?

Kind of fishy. Breitbart pitches this as an ‘outbreak’ yet cites just two cases. The US has instances of bubonic plague each year.

If there are just two cases then the WHO is right on this one. Certainly I appreciate the novelty of the WHO getting something right.
