It's a rigged ass game, I refuse to vote for the lesser of two evils. I'll happily "throw away" my vote with the libertarians or the green party, you know the party that's been consistently anti-war and anti-interventionist.

If voting did anything, it'd be illegal

you know the party that's been consistently anti-war and anti-interventionist.

And also anti-winning elections.

For what it's worth, Trump's been pretty anti-war. He's not Gandhi by any means, but both establishment Republicans and Democrats have been furious that he hasn't become more of an interventionist, Democrats with Syria and Russia and Republicans with Iran and China.

That's a great point. Trump totally gets a win in my book for not starting any new wars/occupations/interventions. I like the meme where Obama says I deported more illegals than you, and Trump says I took away more gun rights than you.

and Trump says I took away more gun rights than you.

Is that true though? Other than the "bump stock ban", which virtually no one cares about because no one even knew what a bump stock was before the Nevada shooting, nor is a bump stock a gun, what guns has Trump banned?

Yeah, I imagine it was just referring to bump stocks too.

Part of the game is getting people like you to either not vote or throw their votes away. The lobbyists don't want the competition.

Both parties are 90% the same, it doesn't matter which one wins. Lobbyists revolve in and out of both parties. Do you know of any significant differences in the parties' support for:

  • Wall St
  • War
  • Israel
  • Surveillance of citizens

?

Even if your cynicism weren't exaggerated and the parties were indeed 90% the same, that would still be reason to vote. Your reaction is emotional not pragmatic.

A 10% difference in parties isn't worth my effort to worry about. If you're willing to accept that the 10% difference is true, then my work here is done.

You haven't persuaded me of anything except that you're committed to an irrational voting policy, rendering it less expensive for competitors to neutralize your influence.

The Right's tendency to haughtily disengage from democratic imperfection is a great boon to the Left.

Biden is an admitted Zionist, Trump is a proven Zionist, 2021 is screwed either way. But enjoy reacting to the far left trolls and maximizing your "influence".

If you can't detect a significant difference between Biden and Trump, your problems are larger than a failure to grasp rational bipartisan voting.
