It will be interesting for sure to see what they come up with.
i for one am ok with reparations. But i fear what is about to happen in the process.. You see, my great grandfather fought for the union, and lies in a cemetery in Pennsylvania.
This is a hard topic to broach, but i think if we are looking into the topic of reparations, it's probably time. Without the men like my great grandfather, no slave would be free today. We can all speculate as to what would be their status now, but one theory is just as plausible as another.
It's time for a discussion of how much those who are direct descendents of casualties of the civil war and how those damages still impact us today.. For myself personally, and those in my family lineage, it's affected everything.
I think we should be entitled to at least 60% of all monies awarded to any slave lineages today. 60% i feel is more than fair for those of us who have sacrificed much for them, & in fact died trying bring freedom to those who would've never been able to attain it. Certain lineages of particular slaves should be awardedcf more than most others for their deeds and actions.
anyone else
there doesn't seem to be anything here
