As long as the advertisers stay, he'll be allow to stay. Remember when Bill O'Reilly was canceled, he was cut because the advertisers left. Ratings alone does not make a person cancel proof.

Boycott anyone who won't sponsor him.

I don't think a boycott is enough. To make an influence on an advertiser you need petitions with signatures and an email/ letter brigade. I know several people who switch from Gillette after the "We can do better" advertisement. The boycott of them did little overall. In fact I just looked at P&G stock and pre c-19 they were at a record high...
