It's almost like Unions are bad or something.

In this case Unions are used to protect the bad people, and fight the people they serve.

Theoretically, I think Unions may work to get a balance between the workers and the companies. And to protect against bad bosses.

I prefer companies that have no bosses at all, so all people are responsible for a company to work well.
