Contact tracing = authoritarian electronic surveillance. Lets just call it what it is.

I know they didn't mean it to be the case... but I kind of thought "contact tracing" sounded even worse than "authoritarian electronic surveillance" when I first heard it.

They were already doing it, this just inches it a bit more into the public consciousness at a time when it has become socially accepted. There is a database that has more information on you than you know exists. From every search you ever did, to every library book you took out. They can psychoanalyze the data against that of other people and predict what you will do more accurately than you can.

They know you better than you do.
