For some context:

Occupy wall street was gaining momentum until it was infiltrated by certain groups who divided everyone into segments. Black people would go up to the podium and make it about black oppression. Gay people would inject their own agenda. Every sub group within the protest was herded and told that this was the time to voice their personal grievances and if anyone didn't think this was the place for it that was a personal attack against them. This divided the people and eventually lead to the collapse of the movement.

After that you began to see corporate sponsorship of identity politics like gay pride marches, BLM, and likely groups like Antifa who keep their sponsors secret.

You have to realize though that this isn't by any stretch new. It all springs from the same Cultural Marxist wellspring - which posits that the best way to tear down the "impediments" to worldwide socialism is to attack from every angle the European culture, communities, and family structures that resisted it using "Critical Theory". It's been going on since shortly after WW2.

The NSDAP was the original OWS, and there is a reason history lessons omit untranslated speeches - https://archive.org/details/AdolfHitlerTheManWhoFoughtTheBank_201712

But you are conflating socialism with communism. You mean COMMUNISM. Say it. It's OK. We all hate communism. But please don't conflate the two OPPOSITE notions of socialism and communism.

My beloved nazis WERE socialists. Nationalist-socialists, but SOCIALISTS and utterly opposed to COMMUNISM.

If you can't see that that kind of oversimplified, truncated, flattened, unthinking kind of non-reasoning is a very real problem, then I don't think there's any way for me to communicate effectively with you on that matter. I think you need education on the topic while at the same time refusing it, just like a perfectly brainwashed subject would do.

That's nice. Every time either has been tried it has ended up the same way and failed miserably.

You don't even understand the meaning of the words whose ideas you would be discussing if you understood them. As such, there is no discussion to be had.

And National Socialism only failed because THE ENTIRE WORLD waged war on that idea.

Divide and rule, it always works.

I'll also remember The Colbert Report segment where Steven interviews 'Ketchup'

This interview wouldn't happen today.
