I've got nothing to hide only works if:

  1. they are being equally surveilled
  2. there is fair transparency with both the masses AND corporatocracy
  3. they don't get to decide what's hidden/secret/private
  4. they don't introduce planted material
  5. the courts are fair
  6. etc etc etc

Rigged to fail in their favour.

They will decide what you hide.

And then you will be punished, whether you actually hid anything at all.
