This scandal shows the systemic corruption of the Obama administration. Procedural abuses e.g. opening investigations to prevent FOI requests and fabricating evidence for FISA authorisations, became common practise. The systemic corruption that should’ve taken down Wall Street in the 2008 financial crisis simply moved into government.

Then we have regime change wars without the regime change parts. The Obama administration went ahead with the Libyan and Syrian operations knowing full well that there were no feasible replacements for those governments. Which means they simply destroyed Libya and attempted to destroy Syria. General Flynn was kicked out of the DNI for warning that what they were going to do was insane. Which is why they went after him when he became Trump’s national security adviser.

These wars directly lead to the European migrant crisis, which the administration initially tried to blame on Russia. The administrations media assets also decided to gaslight anyone questioning why Europe was being overrun with migrants.

And lastly we have Benghazi, where the administration tried to blame an assassination of US embassy personnel on a viral video because they didn’t want to attract attention to the fact that their proxy forces were Al Quid-a affiliates that had massacred the entire city less then a year earlier.
