How are you going to prosecute someone with a corrupt FBI and DOJ ? How far do you think this would go ? Not very far. Need to drain some swamp first (such as the whole leadership of the FBI, as has happened, with one exception: Rod Rosenstein, who is next) in order to have a semi-functional prosecutorial & judicial branch.
