If I were advising Trump I'd tell him to get the NSA to hack corporate media publishing platforms and add info to articles that demonstrate how they are misleading e.g. show the entire video clip or highlight semantic propaganda. You could do it with scripts that only shows the additions if someone is using an IP address from outside the organisation, so that the feckers don't know it's there.
