That's the deal, there are no rules on the dark web, and if there are, the oversight is close to null because it's a fundamentally lawless space. It's like saying there are no rapes happening during a prison riot because it's against the warden's rules.

Oh, my, god... You said he is guilty for "bringing together criminals" because he created a website on which they congregate; and by the transitive property(obviously you didn't use this world because you lack the intelligence; I'm paraphrasing) he is guilty of their crimes. Therefore, you believe that the creator of something used for evil is guilty of that evil.

Ipso facto whomever created the dark web on which his website sits is equally culpable, one could argue even more culpable, because they are the ones who made it all possible.

If the warden is made aware of crimes via reports and doing nothing about it then he is culpable under the law. Also, prisons are not designed to protect criminals and their criminal organizations but the opposite, to protect the civilians from criminals. So, the Silk Road would be an equivalent of a gang farmers market with Ross renting out the stalls, tables and land , inviting civilians to come and shop for what ever they want. Well I was first called an idiot by clueless people...Why should I take it? I try and make sure I know a lot about a topic before I discuss it and if someone brings up highly contrary points to mine, I go and look for other sources and then I admit my blunder if there is one.
