Short answer: The Constitution needs honest judges to enforce it. And since the New Deal we mostly haven't had them, at least on the federal appeals courts and Supreme Court.

And we have star chambers here and the corrupt bar association who are mostly latitudinarian constructionists.

Mostly agree (but please tell us what a latitudian constructionist is). With an honest supreme court, the Gitmo prison could not exist, nor could the FISA court.

Latitudinarian Constructionists, are the opposition to the Strict Constructionists such as Jefferson. They interpret the constitution on changing laws rather than it being endowed to mean originally what it meant. They front every political party; Trump is one, Obama was, Bush was, Clinton was, most of the Zionists are; and when it comes down to it Latitudinarians are the ones who destroyed what the constitution intended.

Those are usually called Living Constitutionalists. I am not one at all; indeed I believe the entire run of The Federalist Papers is conclusive evidence of what the authors of the Constitution meant, and ought to be citable in court.

No, they are strict or Latitudinarian. The entire congress is mostly Latitudinarian in their interpretation of the constitution if not hostile to it.

Because its a damn piece of paper and criminals in the government could give two shits about it. It's up to the people to stay vigilant in promoting these rights and upholding them.

How could Constitution stop anything?

What’s that got to do with Constitution?

When the constitution is being followed it shows us who believes in republic over dictatorship.

When it is not being followed, it shows us who the problem is.
