Hey Rick, you're doing such a great job, I am warming up the popcorn maker. Thanks.

What states are doing this? What states aren't doing this? Seems like this will be good information to know.

Thanks for the complement.

I will see if I can dredge up some data for you. Use as you please, please.

Rick, my quest is futile since warnings/advisories are changing hourly and are, in most places, being arbitrarily enforced. My personal advisory is: don't go out looking like a skell and have some fairly reasonable excuse prepared with maybe some long document with small print ready to show Johnny Law. But some links below are useful I hope:

Still looking but seems to be no main list of state-by-state enforcement. Some police, as in Texas, can arrest but are hesitant: Oregon, New Mexico, New York, Indiana, PA, Maine, Texas, Virginia, tbc

Texas and this site has hand sanitizer for sale:

Let's social distance from China. 😜

Seems that even in states where [social distancing] declared illegal, it is selectively enforced, as in, if they don't like the way you look, you're under arrest.

A picture of that twat Dr. Fucki. Why is he still walking around when we know he's a shill for the reaper?

No problem. Thank YOU. And let's be sure that Dr. F. Fucki gets what he deserves and as soon as possible.

The easiest way is to look at states with shelter in place orders as giving the ability to lock someone up indefinitely with no reason.

Like everything, enforcement tends to be left to individual officers. They might like your story or might like the way you look so they give you a pass.

But if the law exist, there most certainly will be those who strictly enforce it and also those who abuse it.

9 states have no shelter in place order yet.

....if you look like you have money they won't give you a pass.
