There is no rule of law in a police state. Everything is illegal. You have no rights.

The government and illegal aliens don't need to obey the law, but you do. Even if you do obey the law, you can be still be arrested, killed, tortured, have your property stolen, and detained indefinitely without a trial.

Law or no law, constitutional or unconstitutional, the government can do anything they want.
