If it's so simple he should try it for himself. He'd starve.

Hmm... nice meme! Can we really correlate Trump and Bloomberg as the same type of racist, sexist billionaires tho?

One went bankrupt like 6 times, wanted to build a wall to keep foreigners out and has violated women while the other guy tried to ban big soda, had a controversial stop and frisk policy and said mean things to women. If anything, this might be tactical enough to get people on the bloomberg train, especially after the emotionally laden mass-hysteria gruel from the last election. Can't say I'd blame them after the debacle of Trex-rump or its xenophobic voting base.

Really seems like good cop, bad cop and they are both in want!

[Bloomfield] tried to ban big soda, had a controversial stop and frisk policy and said mean things to women. If anything, this might be tactical enough to get people on the bloomberg train

Another recent news report of several-year-old remarks by Bloomberg about stop-and-frisk piqued my interest in him just days ago (though I'm far from supporting him at this point). It was planted to label him a racist yet I appreciated his comments.

When he became mayor, New York City had 650 murders in a year. He implements a program in which police stop-and-frisk people who fit the profile of those who commit 95% of the city's murders, and voilà, murders were cut in half (to around 300).

He says it was too aggressive now. No one can argue it saved hundreds of lives, though — and most of those lives saved were other people who fit that profile: males 18-25 in high crime areas who happened to be mostly minorities.

He stopped the program. Of course, in today's "das rasis" climate, political opponents are hoping to tarnish him with it.

According to what he said in tonight's debate, 40% of his employees are women and his company was recently voted second best to work for (in the city?), so while he apparently has a history of politically-incorrect comments, that too is not necessarily a bad thing.

Now, his campaign to take on Big Soda... I can't defend that one. :-)

Shows even billionaires aren't above wearing a shrimp costume for attention lol

First off, the source. ZeroHedge? Really?

Secondly, isn't it obvious this snippet is taken out of context to be used as a political weapon? Of course, both Trump and Sanders supporters are excited to share it.

Don't be so gullible. I checked, and as I suspected, Bloomberg said nothing wrong when viewed in context.

Such is the way social media operates nowadays. Saidit is no exception. It's easier to post a quick joke rather than research sources on your phone during a launch break.

True. I do it, too.

Good quips, by the way. My issue is more with the post itself.

That's what the farmers do in Zimbabwe.
