I've seen plenty of Israeli interviews where "leftist" is a perjorative. No one else says it.

It's a dead give away.

Any examples of Western shows that use the term "leftist"?

honestly? foxnews rails against leftists all day every day. Are you homnestly saying that if someone says the word leftist they are an israeli shill. It could be possible but that is not proof of it.
