Why do you want to take guns away from law abiding citizens so that the most murderous entity on the planet, the government, has a monopoly on all weapons? ALso, the constitution is just a piece of paper, and nobody in the US resides under common law, because we have a social security number and thusly we are products of the UNTIED STATES CORPORATION &c.
